My fitness goals physically is get back to my weight before I got pregnant. I was down to 11% body fat. That was the leanest I’ve ever been.
I dedicate myself to my client's body goals. I create a CUSTOM plan specifically for our client's needs. Specializing in traditional fat loss and muscle gain, I have had countless success stories and many chain reactions started in friends and families.
I am a certified personal trainer multiple Nationally Accredited Certifications (NESTA,ACE-FTS,TRX etc.) and have over 10 years in the fitness industry delivering clients results in the shortest time possible. I am committed to providing fitness services in the community that create meaningful, long lasting change utilizing assessments, education, and coaching to achieve optimal results for a lifetime.
