Exercise was never something I thought I would make a career out of.  Until the age of 24 I was overweight and unhappy. I finally decided to make a change and over the course of 7 years I lost over 100 lbs and added a good amount of lean muscle. I've been in the industry for over 5 years and have helped a lot of people get control of their health.
