I am a certified personal trainer in ACE, (American Council of Exercise), and ACE Sports and Conditioning. My main focus is helping my clients achieve their fitness goals as safely and correctly as possible. I work with any type of clientele regardless of your current fitness level!
WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?
At the age of 15 I was very insecure about my weight. I decided to make a change because I was tired of being unhealthy and overweight. I fell in love with fitness at the age of 16 and wanted to help others do the same. My goal is to change as many lives as I can as a fitness trainer.
