PERSONAL TRAINER

My name is Fredericka and I have been living, dreaming and eating fitness every day of my life. I have been a personal trainer for the last 5 years and couldn't see myself doing anything else. Growing up I was very active and involved in multiple sports from track and field to ballet. Being a personal trainer is not just providing tutelage for those seeking guidance in fitness, health, and wellness. It's about building relationships and being that positive impact, motivation, and voice of accountability in a person life. The reminder that it's not just the length of life you have, but the QUALITY of life you have.

My name is Fredericka and I have been living, dreaming and eating fitness every day of my life. I have been a personal trainer for the last 5 years and couldn't see myself doing anything else. Growing up I was very active and involved in multiple sports from track and field to ballet. It wasn't until the illness and later death of my father that I developed my true passion for fitness. I fell in love with fitness and the desire to help others maintain their health and prevent health issues and disease. 

 

Being a personal trainer is not just providing tutelage for those seeking guidance in fitness, health, and wellness. It's about building relationships and being that positive impact, motivation, and voice of accountability in a person life. The reminder that it's not just the length of life you have, but the QUALITY of life you have.
