Over the years I've won several bodybuilding competitions, have been featured on Bodybuilding.com, and made a few appearances on TV and Film. The combination of being a voracious reader and using my body as an experiment has led to an unshakable confidence in doing one thing: Getting results! I am currently a sponsored athlete with Max Muscle. My goal is to coach that this is a lifestyle not a competition. The only thing that stops you is YOU.
