    •     I Began my personal fitness journey to find a way to age gracefully and build strength as I became older. Discovered weight training and fell in love with it. 
    •    Decided to become a personal trainer after seeing my results and thought it would be a great career path to share my passion with others. 
    •    Specializing in Circuit Training, boot camp classes and 1 on 1 personal training.
