I have been active and into sports from a young age which gave me the drive to want more and to be better at whatever I tried. I began weight lifting at 15, became serious about working out 7 years ago after having my son and started competing in NPC Bikini 5 years ago. After seeing what all I could push myself to do is when I decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted others to see that they too are capable of anything.
My husband and I started our own online training & nutrition programs a little over 5 years ago. I have personally helped over six thousand clients worldwide over the last 5 years transform by learning the basic fundamentals of training and proper nutrition.
Over the last 5 years the one thing I missed most about training is the one-on-one time with a client, being able to push them past their limits and developing the relationships with each of them. I excited to get back into one-on-one training because I have a huge passion for fitness and I sincerely enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals. Along with the one-on-one training I will also help you learn proper nutrition and get you set up with a meal plan to further help you reach your goals.
